Videopress not showing on Reader

  I’ve posted my video on videopress but it doesn’t show up on the Reader post as a video. In fact, there’s nothing there except the title. Wha’s happening?

  Hi there,

  I took a look at your site and it seems that there were two recent posts which didn’t get a video posted on to the reader. One was VideoPress and one was from YouTube.

  Neither had any content in it other than the video itself, which is generally the reason why it doesn’t up in the reader, so you might want to try to at least add a subtitle or a description or something of that nature. Then the YouTube one didn’t go in either because the link which you entered was incorrect and had doubled the “http:”. I’ve fixed that, though I wasn’t sure if you wanted the youtube video embedded on your site or not, so I didn’t go quite that far. At least now when visitors hit your site, if they click on the link, they’ll be sent over to youtube!

  Thanks for the quick reply. I now know that I need to introduce the videopress with a statement or introduction. That helps in posting my videos, whether they be from Videopress or YouTube.
