VideoPress not showing toggle for HD

  I uploaded two videos today, both of which are 1280 × 720. Neither is showing an option to turn on HD like the others (also 1280 x 720) I uploaded previously. Any idea if I’ve done something wrong?

  Thank you for the response.

  URL for videos with HD option:
  http://michaeltorbert.com/photography/comparing-video-from-kodak-zi8-and-nikon-d5000/

  URL for video without HD option:
  http://michaeltorbert.com/wordpress/wordcamp/cory-miller-wordcamp-chicago/

  All the videos are the same resolution of 1280 x 720, and as far as I know, I uploaded the latest the same way as the first two. It’s entirely possible I missed something somewhere though. :)

  Michael, since your blog is self-hosted, you need to inquire over at http://wordpress.ORG/support/ . That is the support forum for self-hosted wordpress blogs.

  This forum is for blogs hosted here on the wordpress.COM hosting service, and stuff for us here is different in key ways.

  Hi thesacred path,

  My question is about the hosted wordpress.com VideoPress hosted service. This isn’t an issue with my blog.
  Is there a separate VideoPress service (not plugin) support forum?

  I see that you are hosting the video here at .COM, but embedding them in your self-hosted blog.

  My suggestion is to look over the videopress support document here, and look at your video settings for the video that doesn’t show up with the HD option: http://en.support.wordpress.com/videopress/ .

  If you find nothing, then contact staff at http://en.support.wordpress.COM/contact/ . I have little experience with videos and with videopress.

  Thanks thesacredpath.

  Just as an update for anyone who comes across this thread, I contacted wordpress.com support and they informed me that the HD video isn’t created until some time after the standard video, so all I had to do was wait a bit. (The HD versions are there now.)
  Now of course I feel silly, but hopefully this helps someone else. :)

  No need to feel silly, I doubt any of the volunteers here knew that the HD version might take a while to show up.
