Videopress not working

  The videos that are uploaded via Videopress into WordPress are not working. With only 100 – 277 mb, when the play button is clicked, the videos go to a black screen. I supposed it was buffering, so I added the “autoplay=true” part and it didn’t make a difference.
  I’m using Handbrake to change and compress the video from “mov” to “mp4” because of the original file size (over 1G). The mp4 files play with no problem outside of WordPress.
