videopress plug in not showing up

  I purchased Videopress in a value bundle but it’s not showing up on my page. The PLUG INS option doesn’t appear on my dashboard menu list.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  We don’t allow plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons. Plugins are a feature only available for self-hosted blogs provided through WordPress.org.
