Videopress problem

Thanks for posting into this thread. I have flagged this thread for Staff attention and as you can see macmanxx who is Staff is working to find a solution. -
I think I may have a good idea as to what is going on. I have my domain http://www.exhibitwise.com pointed at my wordpress site. The videos are not working when you go to that domain, but if you go to http://www.exhibitwise.wordpress.com, then they are working. It must have something to do with the redirect to the worpress site. I am still not sure how to fix it, but it explains why some people can see the vids and others can’t.

You may be on to something. I do have domain mapping for both my blogs and I can view the videos as I said above.

I am sure now this is what the problem is. The problem is in the redirect.
Videos at http://www.exhibitwise.com do not work.
Videos at http://www.exhibitwise.wordpress.com do work.
Now for a solution………… -

The videos are attempting to load from the viewed URL, but they don’t actually exist at the exhibitwise.com domain since that’s not a physical domain in our system.
Basically, forwarding or masking won’t cut it. You’ll need a domain mapping upgrade for everything to work properly: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/

Ok, I have my partner working on this. I thought we bought that upgrade. Thanks again for your help, I am confident that this will solve our problem. I’ll let you know if we have any further difficulties.
