VideoPress Purchase Nightmare!!!

  So I purchased a year’s worth of VideoPress and got a receipt email to my correct email address at (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  When I log into either my Jetpack or WordPress.com accounts, there is no sign of my purchase. The best help I can get is from AI bots, and even an answer from help@wordpress.com was from AI and just as useless, and advised coming to this forum.

  The purchase details are as follows:

  Receipt ID: 106775682
  Transaction ID: 56W698275Y3659702

  So am I able to get help from a fellow human with this issue?

  Anybody got any ideas.
