Videopress subscription detailes

I need help, because I am not sure, how the subscription works for Videopress.
I jumped onto the wagon last February 50% price, and in som weeks, I did the capital stupid move of unsubscribe.
My Questions:
1) Can I have the full membership till the end of the subscription year (till 02. 27. 2023), i.e. the 1 TB limit for uploading, or I losed it immediately?
2) From the second year I would pay the 100% anyway, or without unsubscribing I would pay continuously the 50%? My guess is that it would be the 100% even with continuity, but I am not sure.
39 There are contradicting informations. On one page it was told, that when my subscription ends I must download all my videos, because they won’t work anymore without subscription. On another page it was said, that the videos uploaded from my previous membership will remain and funtionable on my site even when I am not subscribed anymore.
Which of these alternatives right?

I can’t see an active subscription on the account thus far, so it looks like this is now removed.
2) From the second year would I pay the 100% anyway, or without unsubscribing I would pay continuously the 50%? My guess is that it would be the 100% even with continuity, but I am not sure.
The offer would be 50% for the first year and then the regular price after that.

Are you able to provide a link to what you’re seeing please, we’ll take a closer look at that.

I understood not to post publicly private information, transaction ID, etc, thanks for reminding me to that. However, I could see only this as a means to prove, I am a Videopress member till febuary 26. It is a support forum, and public, so what can we do?
Can you notify me, as you re-activate my account? Will I be charged for the next year at Feb. 26. 2023?
