videopress suddenly stopped working

  I’ve purchased the Videopress upgrade and it has suddenly stopped working. The thumbnail appears with the play triangle. When I click play, the thumbnail disappears. I have tried embedding several different places and tried to play on other computer. No go. It previously worked great for a couple of months.
  Where can I go for help? If I can’t fix it where can I request a refund for my upgrade?
