VideoPress support podcasts?

    Hello,
    Before I subscribe to a paid plan, I would like someone to confirm WordPress.com’s VideoPress functionality to be able to support video podcasts (e.g., an iTunes video podcast).

    I see it supports the correct file type(s), but I want to be sure before I invest.

    For example, other video services such as Vimeo support the file type but does not support video podcasting.

    Can I do it? Is anybody currently using WP.com with VideoPress to deliver a podcast?
