Videopress – this video is being processed

    Hi all,

    This morning I posted a short video clip on my blog at this url

    raining

    The clip was a .mov file and is exactly the same as other video clips that I have posted before with success.

    In my media folder the clip appears and can be played.

    However, the video file has not loaded to my post now after several hours, I have looked at old queries and support comments including the FAQ for Videopress here https://en.support.wordpress.com/videopress/

    I have three blogs all of which have the “premium” upgrade.

    Anyone know why this video will not “process”?
