VideoPress upgrade installed but Media Upload refuses to accept MP4 files

    I’ve purchased the VideoPress option and My Upgrades tells me it’s active.

    When I tried to upload an MP4 file from my hard disk through the Media Upload, I was told it was an incorrect file type each time I tried.

    Can you tell me what’s wrong please?

    Hi there, it looks like you purchased and then received refunds for two VideoPress upgrades in the last few days.

    These are the sites connected to your account currently:

    If you purchase the upgrade again, you may want to ensure that you’re in the right dashboard, since the four addresses are quite similar.
