videopress video won't play on ios

  I am using the trial version of the videopress upgrade right now, to see how it works, before discarding my youtube channel. I uploaded the video to my media library, but it won’t play on my ipad2 or my iphone 5, although it will play on my desktop computer. I don’t know what I am doing wrong, please help!   I figured it out! I had to uncheck the “only display videos in free formats” box in my media settings.
