VideoPress viewed on iPad says it requires Flash

  When I view a video file (wmv) uploaded to VideoPress, on my iPad, I only get a static image and the text “This video requires Adobe Flash for playback. And it plays using Flash in Safari on my iMac. Did I do something wrong somewhere such that I don’t get the HTML5 wonderfulness?
