videopress wont upload

  videopress wont upload
  bought videopress today. first go… on basic upload just conks out trying to upload in a minute, on multi file upload spends an hour “crunching” then…. nothing.

  Only trying a test upload on a 45mb mp4 video of around one minute duration
  I have over a hundred short videos to upload so if there is no quick solution want a refund.
  No probs with youtube or vimeo with the same files, internet and computer.

  Hi there,

  I’m sorry you’re having trouble uploading your video. The errors you describe happen most often when there’s an interruption or other problem with the connection between your computer and our servers while you’re trying to upload the video.

  If you’re still having trouble with this, can you try using a wired connection (versus WiFi) or another ISP to see if that makes a difference for you? If that doesn’t help, we can try testing your connection to see if there are any persistent issues.

  tried wired but made no difference
  don’t have a choice of isps but no probs uploading to anything else
  seem to be doing better with the multiple file uploader so will see how it goes.
