Why can’t I upload video’s anymore, only pictures

Hello there, I see that the last video you were able to upload was in May. What occurs now when you attempt to add a new video to your Media Library? If you are given an error message, please let me know what that is.
What type of file are you trying to upload — a .mov like the others? What is the size of the file?

When I go to upload the videos on my iPhone like I always have, the video option icon doesn’t even show up. Am I out of memory perhaps? Have I used all of my allowed storage?

You have not used up your space allowance. It appears as if you’ve only used 33% of your allotment.
As you are uploading from your phone, I’m guessing you’re using the mobile app. Is that the case? Or are you accessing the site via Safari? If you are using the app, could you confirm for me that it is up to date?
Also, let’s test to see if the problem is arising from your account, or your device. Please upload a video from your computer. Let me know if you are able to successfully add that file to your Media Library. If so, we’ll take a closer look at your mobile device.

I have the latest version of iOS app so I’m trying to upload videos I shoot with my iPhone. When I go to upload media, it only works for pictures. It didn’t used to be like that. Same thing with my wife’s iPhone and out iPads.

Hi again! Thank you for the additional details. I’ve looked into this issue for you. The video upload option will be returned as soon as possible. Our team didn’t think it worked well enough for our customers, so they removed the feature in order to improve it. They’re working on getting it up an running asap.
In the meantime, if you need to upload using your mobile device, you can do this from your phone using Safari or Chrome on your iPhone and iPad. Not as sleek as using the mobile app, but a good workaround for the time being.
