Videos autoplaying

  Hello,

  I am having a problem with the videos on my blog.

  When I view the home page of my blog, every video that I’ve embedded in different posts begin autoplaying simultaneously.

  I feel like I’ve tried everything to disable to autoplaying, and I’ve been looking around the Internet and WP forums for hours. Is there a way to fix this issue?

  Hi there. I just viewed your blog and none of the videos autoplayed, neither on the home page nor in single post views (I checked in the most recent versions of IE, Chrome and Firefox). I’m wondering if this isn’t perhaps related to a setting on your Youtube account. Try disabling autoplay there and see if it makes a difference on WordPress.

  If that’s not the case, the only other solution I can find in this forum (suggested by a staff member) is to use a browser extension that prevents videos from autoplaying (which implies it’s a Youtube issue, not a WordPress one). https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/all-videos-autoplay-in-wordpress-reader?replies=7#post-1466732

  Perhaps also make sure you have the latest version of your browser and see if you have the same issue in a different browser: https://www.whatismybrowser.com/

  I couldn’t find any settings under my YT account, but the browser extension seems to be working.
