videos blank or extremely blurry; sundance carousel

  I’m using the Sundance theme, which is nice, thank you.
  Often, however, the written excerpt shows up with no video. Or it may show the videos on the carousel but they will be hugely blurry, apparently because they are hugely magnified. This happens alot.

  It will always go like this:
  1. you go to http://clearheartcoaching.com to find that the first video is blank but the excerpt is present;
  2. Using the carousel tabs or buttons, you go to the next video which is there but blurry as described above.
  3. In all cases, the excerpts and titles are there and looking good.

  OK, one more time. Regarding the above post:

  I had similar problems to the above in IE (the carousel and sticky posts were missing and it went straight to an older video). I seemed to have fixed them by reducing tracking add-ons. In Firefox, however, I disabled all addons and it did nit help. The problem is somewhat less frequent now but still quite prevalent.

  In both IE and Firefox, the same embedded videopress videos play just fine on a google website. This only seems to be a problem on wordpress.

  I do have Bitdefender now and I suppose there cd be some clash but I had the above problem before getting BitD.

  Can anyone advise me here? Thank you.
