Videos displying too narrow

Hi. I have paid for the video upgrade and have uploaded YouTube links in the blog posts which display fine in a wide format (e.g. http://chaunceys.wordpress.com/2010/11/26/chaunceys-oak-flooring-what-is-a-microbevel/ ).
However, I’m also trying to put the films together on one page ( http://chaunceys.wordpress.com/information-films/ ) uploading through wordpress and they come up squashed into a squarer format. I don’t want to link to YouTube as it comes up suggesting other people’s films after viewing mine.
Can I alter the format somehow so it loads / displays in a widescreen format?
I’ve searched but can’t see how to do it??

The video cannot be larger than the blogging space in your theme. Your theme is Misty Look and the maximum display image size if 500 pixels width. For resizing a YouTube video by modifying the shortcode please see here >

P.S. In order for your visitors to view the widescreen format they will have to click into the youtube site.

The link timethief provided also shows how to “hide the related videos from appearing after the video is done”.
