Videos freezing after upload

  Hi,

  After uploading MP4 videos they freeze. The full length shows in the file information but then whilst playing the freeze at a certain point, the playback options become unavailable.

  My settings are:

  1920×1080 25FPS H264 VBR 1 PASS

  Hi! These forums are for the free sites using our managed hosting service, which can be quite different from running your own WordPress installation at another host. That file is hosted by GoDaddy, so if it’s locking in playback on the file itself, without WordPress, I’d check in with them first to see if they recommend streaming on your account.
