Videos freezing at certain points

    Hi,

    I’m a member of a website that uses wordpress for wedding video uploads. Randomnly on some videos that videos stop playing and the play features becomes unavailable. When uploading the files upload in full and the duration of the videos is listed correctly. I’ve attached the file below it freezes on around 46 mins.

    What is your site URL? I suspect that you’re actually set up on the other version of WordPress – the open source software. Help with that comes from https://wordpress.org/support/forums/.
