Videos in a Portfolio

Can I upload videos to a portfolio page? I’m planning on embedding links from vimeo. I didn’t know if I would need to have a premium subscription to do that, or if it’s not possible to upload a video on a portfolio page.

In order to upload videos the site would need to be on the premium plan.
It is also possible to embed Vimeo videos or YouTube videos, without a paid plan:
