Video's not appearng from VodPod or YouTube to my WordPress Blog

  Video’s are not appearing on my WordPress Blog, for YouTube it shows a solid black square, if you click on it the sound comes on but no video, also video’s on VodPod to my WordPress Blog but not visual just sound when you click on it. Thanks in advance
