Videos not playing on mobile and mobile menu not working

  I am having issues with videos not playing on mobile, both iPhone and Android. My mobile menu is also not working. I set this site up a while ago using a theme Formata, this uses the WPBakery Builder as my customer was keen to edit the site herself. It all works fine on chrome, however, on mobile it is just showing a spinning icon rather than the video appearing. The mobile navigation also doesn’t work.

  If anyone is able to help I would be very grateful.

  Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
