videos not uploading

  I’m having major trouble getting videos on to my blog. If I take a video with my phone, it won’t upload directly to my blog (although I paid for an upgrade primarily for this purpose). It just goes round and round then says “retry”.
  Youtube videos go to “pending” when I try to upload there via my phone.
  Vimeo video came out all squished.
  Help! SHouldn’t I be able to upload somehow from my phone?
