VideoPress videos aren't working

  We have a video upgrade and the videos were working fine on the site. They still work on the pages themselves when we are editing but, if viewing the site as anyone would – not by logging in to wordpress, the videos do not work. We’ve tried reloading them but it does not work.

  please advise.
