Videos won't upload

I’ve uploaded videos before so I’m not sure what’s happening, but when the video is supposed to be done, it just says “error uploading”
– The file size is not too big, it’s only 230 mb
– The file format is in the usual M4A
– It appears to upload to completion
– As far as I know, my account is paid upIs there something I’m missing here? In case you need it, the blog I’m using to upload videos is:

Thanks, I really need this problem fixed. I’ve tried a few other things and they didn’t work either.
One thing that I noticed though. In the “media” tab at the top it gives a list of supported files. Everything from mp3’s to wmv’s etc…
The problem is, I can’t see any video formats that are listed in the supported formats. Is that the problem? Somehow my ability to upload videos themselves, regardless of format is turned off?
Should Mp4 video format show up on that supported list at the top?

MP4 is supported, as long as your space upgrade is still in effect AND you have not run out of room. How much space do you have left?

It says I’m only using 15% of my space, and I still have another 15 gig of space left. The video i’m uploading is less than 1 gig.
I used the original space they gave me, then purchased an upgrade when I needed it. I wonder if it’s possible that although it says I have 25 gig of space, maybe my settings aren’t configured to allow the new space?
I have no idea… very frustrating

Yes the problem is fixed, thanks a bunch.
I’m not sure why my recurring payment didn’t go through, since that card has been active the entire time and still is today. Also I’m wondering though, there must be a way to alert members that their videopress subscription was cancelled. When I visited my site, there was no indication what so ever. All it displayed is that I have 25 Gigs of space left to use.
Neither here nor there, it’s all paid up and done now, thanks for the help. :)

Emails should have been sent out to you months before the VideoPress upgrade was going to expire. Did you get any of those?

Yes I receive emails from WordPress, but I don’t look at them because I’ve set my account to have recurring payments on my Visa. Since the Visa is still active I didn’t think there was any need to confirm payments are sent.
I’ll pay more attention in the future though, thanks for all the help.
