Videos work in preview, not in actual post

  I followed the directions for inserting youtube videos and I’ve never had a problem until yesterday. The videos work perfectly in the preview but after I publish the post it does not appear on my blog. What could the problem be?

  Will you please post the URL for the post in question so we can see it? Will you please clarify if you uses the youtube shortcode or not?
