Vidoes using block now very large after 5.7 update

  The posts I create use videos from the Medial library and I use the block editor

  Since the 5.7 update, the videos are very large. Not a real problem, but I feel I have lost control. I can change the size for future posts by adding the video via a classic paragraph block , but not with the video block.

  any ideas, suggestions?

  Sorry, that should be Media library, cannot see how to edit post., and videos in title. oops
