"View All" stats isn't working

When I click on “view all” stats, WordPress grinds and grinds and does nothing. This has been going on for weveral hours. It’s not my computer, because the same thing is happening with my husband’s blog — ubriaco.wordpress.com — when he tries to access the full stats menu on his Mac. (I use a Dell PC.)

We’re currently aware of some network-related performance issues affecting portions of our dashboard, including Statistics.
To help us further diagnose the issue, can you please run a traceroute to sp0.wp.com for me?
Here’s a guide for running a traceroute in Windows.
You can run a traceroute on a Mac by going to the Utilities folder in Applications, then selecting “Network Utility.”
Once you’ve ran a traceroute, please post the results here.

I ran the traceroute, saved it as a .png file using PrintScreen, but how do I post it here? This field won’t accept an attachment, and the png file won’t let me copy and paste the text.

You can upload the image to your blog (you don’t need to associate it with a post), and I can take a look at it there.
