  I have some of my friends not being able to upload the excel file that I embedded in my blog, can someone help please

  I see a number of embedded Google docs files on your site. Could you post a link to where you have an Excel document so I can take a look at that?

  You see, the only way I found to add an excel file to my blog was to save as a google file….that is what you see on my blog….thanks for looking into this for me…some people have no problem, while others just can’t upload them…maybe I do something wrong, I am no expert here, my first experience….

  You can upload Excel documents to your blog, and have them appear as links to download the files:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/uploading-documents/

  However, if you use Scribd, you can embed the Excel docs in your blog:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/scribd/
