‘View Blog’ now gone from Dashboard. WHY?? PLEASE CHANGE!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Not to worry. Simply read here and you will be aware of what the changes are > http://en.blog.wordpress.com/2011/09/23/enjoy-a-shiny-new-simplified-admin-bar/

I don’t see specifically the “View Blog” option shown on the support page Timethief has posted, maybe its just my eyes.
just in case:Hover over your gravatar/profile on the right of the administrator bar.
next hover over the blog name you wish to view.
You will see the “read blog” at the bottom of the the menu. -
It’s silly to have an admin bar that goes across the page and doesn’t have Add New on it, for god’s sake. What are they saving all that real estate for?
-
There are still two “add new” links for posts now.
One in the new drop-down on the right hand side under our avatar/gravatar.
One in the far left column in the Posts module drop-down (Admin page). -
Neither on the Admin bar. What are they saving all that space for? Three quarters of a centemeter all the way across the page…for what? They could be using it to encourage blogging and commenting. If they’re not using it, delete it and have buttons on each side instead.

I’m going to assume it’s being saved for ‘suggested links’ (a.k.a. ads) until proved otherwise.

Smart, wank. If WP.com were owned by Google, of course I’d say “that’s where they put the spyware” but it’s not.
