  One of the events in our ad manager isn’t working its a view content event would you be able to shine any light on why that isn’t working? All the other events in our ad manager are working. This is in the TikTok ads manager?

  Ah, it looks like http://www.skinetica.co.uk/ isn’t hosted here with us, meaning we’d have no access or way to help out with the ad situation unfortunately.

  It might be worth checking in with the customer service of the company who is hosting the site, which appears to be officeinnovation.co.uk if I understand correctly from the public WHOIS information.

  Alternatively the WordPress.org forums are a good option too – the community there is generally oriented towards helping with sites built with the WordPress software:
