  can I migrate Views and Visitors from one WP to another ?
  I have a new domain and host and I want to migrate old views.

  Views and Visitors are statistics of your current blog. If you want to redirect them to the new name you need to purchase the Site Redirect upgrade. Here’s how to do it:
