The easiest way to make a site mobile friendly is to use a responsive theme. This way your site’s contents will adjust to fit different screen sizes. I see that your site is already using a responsive theme.
However, since your site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com) and it’s using the self-hosted version of WordPress you should ask any future questions in the WordPress.org forums:
