  The website is how I’d like it to look under customization but when I go to view site its completely different

  Are you sure you are clicking on the “Publish” button on your WordPress.com Customizer page after making the changes?

  The changes would reflect on your site only when you publish them.

  I don’t see a “Publish” button just a “Save draft” button
