Viewer not being notified

    Someone has been a viewer on my site and up until a few weeks ago, he was being notified of my new posts. Suddenly he no longer gets the notifications. Neither he nor I made any changes. How can I fix this and why did it happen? I wonder who else might be affected.

    Hi there – I have a few ideas we can try.

    1. Have them un-follow then re-follow your site, then pass them our notifications guide to make sure they set up their notifications exactly how they are wanting: https://wordpress.com/support/notifications/
    2. I was looking into your current followers and I don’t see that you are following your own site: https://wordpress.com/people/subscribers/traveljournal563.wordpress.com – I recommend following your own site so when are contacted occasionally by your followers about not getting notified, you can check to ensure that you were notified before getting back to them.
    3. Lastly, if the above two items do not resolve this for them, send us their email address and we can take a closer look ourselves.
