Viewers Aren’t able to login…

  I have a private site with only one viewer and he isn’t able to sign in. He was able to sign in prior to the couple of weeks and then suddenly he wasn’t and I can’t figure out what to do. I have sent a new request to him and my account shows that he is in fact a “viewer” but he still can’t login.

  What is the username of that viewer please?

  Hi @mymindunveiled, it looks like he never accepted the invitation. Can you resend it?

  He should log into WordPress.com itself then accept the invitation via the link in his email.
