Viewers can customise my blog?
-
I have published my blog by pressing the ‘publish’ button, sent the link to a colleague, they entered my username and password which means they can customise my blog. What do I do so they can only view and comment on my blog?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You only send a link to the blog title or post title surely. If you hand out your username and password you’re asking for trouble.
-
-
Then you’re sending the wrong link. Log out of your blog and visit it in a browser. Copy the site address or the page/post address at the top of the browser and send them that.
-
Actually, looking at your blog it’s marked private so no one can see it without the log in details. You’ll have to make it public if you want people to view it normally in a browser.
-
I do want it to be private though, an internal one for work viewable only by colleagues. Is this possible?
(thanks for your help by the way) -
It is possible to assign users to blogs with different rights and you remaining administrator but that would mean each viewer having their own WordPress accounts to log in. I’m afraid I’ve no experience in how all this works so lets hope someone smarter than me can help you with the details.

This looks like the place you need to be.
