Viewers Experiencing Trouble Loading Profiles

    Hi there,

    I administrate a private blog, which my company uses as an internal “newsletter.” We’re evolving it to become more of a social platform by asking employees to add photos to their WP profiles, but I’ve had a few complaints that some users cannot open their profile at all. Once they click username or Gravatar handle, they’re redirected to a blue WordPress page that never loads other data. No error messages appear.

    I’m unsure if they’re on the latest web browser versions, but I believe they’re running at least IE 8. They’re able to use the rest of my WordPress site, but does Gravatar have separate browser requirements? Any other thoughts for a fix would be appreciated; including any info about changing profile pictures without using Gravatar.

    Hi there!

    Can you have these individual users contact us via email at help@wordpress.com? It will be much easier to troubleshoot with them individually rather than through you. :)
