Viewers unable to like the blogs,without signing up

  Viewers aren’t being able to like the content, without signing up to wordpress.
  Couldn’t find any settings for the same.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yep, this is intentional. Otherwise you’d have a lot of spammers liking your posts! :)

  Agreed, but genuine readers also aren’t able to like the post.

  @manishroyz likes are just for WordPress.com users. But they can create a new account without adding a site here:
  https://wordpress.com/start/account/user

  Or they could ‘like’ it by adding a comment saying what they like about it — no account needed for that. Cheers!
