I have recently switched over my domain, however, I am unable to access any posts or documents that used to be on my website when I used WordPress. I originally paid for a premium plan, but once I made the switch to another domain site I no longer have access to any WordPress features. I would like to speak to someone who can assist me in retrieving my blog posts, please.

What is the address of the site in question? Are you sure you’re logged into the same account?
Also, bear in mind that if your site is hosted elsewhere, we won’t be able to help you with this and you’ll need to contact directly with your host.To clear up any further confusion, there is WordPress.com and WordPress.org, and they are two different entities.
We, WordPress.com, are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites, whereas WordPress.org is stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting.
