Viewing Blog Subscribers
-
The link to blog subscribers leads to a blank page. I’ve tried testing with both Safari and Firefox on a Mac, and Internet Explorer on a PC. After a colleague reached out to WordPress support, it was confirmed I am in fact using the right link, just not getting the correct landing page. Thank you.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

WordPress.com followers http://wordpress.com/my-stats/?blog_subscribers
Email only followers http://wordpress.com/my-stats/?blog_subscribers&type=email -
Both links bring me to a blank page, the same as when I follow the link through the stats page.

I am using Firefox 26.1 on Windows 7. Have third party cookies enabled and don’t have that issue.
Please work through what follows and report back.
1. If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.
2. If you are using an IE browser in compatibility mode please disable that mode. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1196-internet-explorer-compatibility-view-turn-off.html

4. Try using another browser.
5. If you are not successful let us know:
(a) Exactly what kind of device you are using to connect to the internet and to WordPress.com.
(b) Exactly which browser (and version of it) you’re using by checking here if necessary http://www.whatbrowser.org/

Still no luck –
A – Right now I’m using an iMac, Late 2012 model with Wifi cable internet. I’ve also tried at work using both a MacBook Pro and a Dell PC, through ethernet internet.
B – On this iMac I’ve tried with both Safari 7.0.1 and Firefox 26.0. I’ve also tried both these browsers with the Macbook and tried with Internet Explorer on the PC.
C – Before enabling https, Safari would bring me to a complete blank page, and Firefox/IE would usually keep the wordpress header but never load content. Also with Firefox/IE, hitting the back browser a time or two brought up a blank page with a smiley face. After enabling https, both Safari and Firefox keep the wordpress header but the page has a loading circle (similar to turning off an iPhone) and never loads the page. No more smiley page from Firefox.
