viewing documents that have been uploaded

  Dear WordPress.com,
  thank you for the great blog tools. I am a newbie user and am wondering whether it is possible for users of my blog to view documents that have been uploaded without the automatic download that happens when one clicks the document link. Users of my blog are asking for this feature, e.g. a pop up document window, and I can not find a way to do this.

  You can embed many types of documents by using a service like Scribd:

  Alternatively, you could use Google Docs:
