Viewing my site

    I am creating a photography portfolio with wordpress. Most of the images are not allowed to be publicly posted as they are advertisements or magazine stories that have not yet been published. I cannot release these images on my site until the client has. However, I still need to show them to potential clients. Is there a way to create a password login for personal viewing, such as a “client login”?

  • Yes and no.

    You can set your whole site to be “private”. But this requires that you invite viewers in individually and that they have a WordPress.com user account. There is no password protection option for the site in general.
