Viewing of Photos By Users

  I have a problem that others cannot view the photos on my site. They display fine when I view the site myself. This is a new problem (in the past 2 months or so) as people have been able to see photos in older posts just fine. I read that it could be caused by plugins or jetpack but I don’t think I have either installed. And I’m a newbie so need help in simple terms! Thanks!

  Hi there,

  So, I wasn’t able to recreate the problem. I’m able to see all your photos just fine.

  How many people have complained about this issue? Is it always the same people having the problem?

  Perhaps there’s just so many photos that it’s taking forever to load for some people with not-so-great internet connections?

  Thanks for your help. I shrank the photos and that seems to have done the trick!
