Viewing Posts on Neutra by Artmov

  Firstly, I want to thank everyone for their help! I just have a quick question, which I hope has a simple answer that has just evaded me. On the Neutra by Artmov theme, when you click on a category, there is only a list of the titles of the post entries (for example: http://solefield.wordpress.com/category/photography/) Is it possible to have this display the full posts and not just the titles?

  In the majority of themes, posts in category or monthly archive pages show up just as they do in the main posts page.“As on main page” means full posts unless you’ve used the more tag or the nextpage tag. But in some themes only the beginnings of posts are shown, and in a few themes you only get titles or thumbnails.

  So if you do not spilt content in your posts on the front page then you will get full entries on the categories pages. (BTW all one has to do to get the full entry is click the title of the posts. )

  That’s not what my posts say about Neutra.

  You’re right. I made a mistake and just confirmed this on my test blog. Neutra is coded to display Titles only in the Categories Page(s).

  Thanks for the message ~ I did read earlier on the link you provided that it only displays titles… I’m going to keep looking around at themes. Thanks so much for the time and help!

  I’m glad you got the message and sorry I goofed up. I think I’ll revert to trying everything in my test blog before answering questions like I used to do. Best wishes re: the theme hunt.

  @solefield: You already knew that Neutra displays post titles in CPs. Your question was if or how you can make it display full posts. The correct answer is that you cannot, because the only way to do that would be by taking advantage of post Excerpts, and Neutra doesn’t support Excerpts.
