Viewing statistic query

I was wondering if the viewing statistics include the times I viewed it to test it out using the same IP address? Or is it only tracking external use?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you were logged in and the blog is public then your page views will not be recorded. If you are logged out they will be. If you are logged in and the blog is private your visits are recorded. See here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/stats/
