Viewing stats in app not working

  I’m trying to view detailed stats on the app but cant get past a second login (i’m already logged into the app). The screen says that Jetpack is installed and I have to sign in again. I do so but it doesn’t do anything – the sign in is correct (I have checked several times and I am signed in now) and it doesn’t tell me its incorrect, it just loops round to the same screen. It works fine on the computer though, the second sign in isn’t needed. Any ideas?

  Hi there,

  Thanks for your suggestion – I’ve been in touch with Jetpack and they are trying to help but so far nothing has worked. The battle continues!
