Hello,
I wondered how I can increase the view-ability on my blog. Even though it has been up and running for almost a year and it is set to public, it is not shown on any search results, even when I more or less type in the web address. Is there anything I can do to increase the ranking of it?

To gain search engine attention I recommend that you start publishing posts (not pages) https://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/ frequently. That’s because it can take weeks for search engines to index content in a new blog and/or to re-index content under a new URL.

You should post frequently and assign a minimal number of relevant assign categories and tags to your posts so they appear in the wordpress.COM Reader and on the Topics (categories and Tags) pages. You should also connect to social networks.
