Views and Stats
-
Whenever I go onto my WordPress stats page, I look at my views for the month and I see 450 or something, and then I look at my authors section (where it shows me) and apparently I have viewed my blog 350 times. This is wierd because I never even go onto my actual blog. Is this a glitch or something?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi @ellie342,
The number of your authors’ section (350) refers to the number of how many the posts published by the author (if you’re the only user of the site, that means you) viewed by others.
It isn’t the number of how many times you yourself view your site.
You can read more about it here:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/stats/#authorsIf your site features content by multiple users, this stat will let you see how much traffic each of them has generated. Clicking on a name will reveal the most popular posts and pages published by each author, and the number of views each has attracted.
Hope this explains.
